No. 10 Missouri 31, Tennessee 3: Maty Mauk passed for 163 yards and three touchdowns and added 114 yards on the ground as the Tigers routed the visiting Volunteers to maintain their spot atop the SEC East.

Russell Hansbrough had a 26-yard touchdown run and Marcus Lucas, L'Damian Washington and Dorial Green-Beckham hauled in touchdown passes as Missouri (8-1, 4-1 SEC) bounced back from a crushing double-overtime loss to South Carolina last week.

Freshman Joshua Dobbs made his first start at quarterback for Tennessee (4-5, 1-4) and went 26-of-42 for 240 yards with two interceptions. He also had a team-high 45 rushing yards on seven carries but couldn't get the Volunteers into the end zone.

Missouri hit its stride in the second quarter as Mauk hit Washington for a 26-yard touchdown one play after E.J. Gaines' interception to make it 17-0. After a Michael Palardy 51-yard field goal put Tennessee on the board, the Tigers went 85 yards in seven plays with Mauk and Lucas hooking up for a 40-yard score and a 24-3 halftime lead.

The Tigers let off the gas after Hansbrough's 26-yard burst up the middle with 6:44 left in the third and finished with 339 rushing yards. They also were the first team to hold the Volunteers without a touchdown since South Carolina in 2011.
