Moore is 44-2 as a starting quarterback and pulled within one of the career victories record set by Texas’ Colt McCoy in 2009 as the Broncos (6-0, 1-0) rolled up a school-record 742 yards.
Martin rushed for a career-best 200 yards on 20 carries and scored on runs of 26, 65 and 14 yards.
Colorado State (3-3, 1-1) lost its 13th consecutive game to a ranked program.
Moore was 26-of-30 passing for 338 yards before leaving with Boise State leading by 43 points midway through the third quarter. Moore has thrown four or more touchdowns eight times and his 120 career touchdowns are fifth in NCAA history, one behind Brigham Young's Ty Detmer.
Boise State receiver Tyler Shoemaker had a career day with nine receptions for 180 yards, scoring touchdowns on plays of 52 and 62 yards.
Kirby Moore (9 yards) and Gabe Linehan (3 yards) caught Kellen Moore’s other touchdowns, and backup running back D.J. Harper scored on runs of 1 and 36 yards.
