Receiver Joe Adams made the most of his only rushing attempt, racing 92 yards for a touchdown to help No. 12 Arkansas pull away from No. 23 Auburn 38-14 on Saturday.
Adams took a pitch from quarterback Tyler Wilson and broke loose down the left sideline, pushing the host Razorbacks to a 28-14 lead with 7:43 remaining in the third quarter.
Trailing 14-7 in the second quarter, Wilson rushed for a 1-yard touchdown with 9:36 left in the period and hit Jarius Wright for a 5-yard touchdown with 4:23 to go in the half to put Arkansas ahead 21-14.
Wilson, who passed for a school-record 510 yards last week against Texas A&M, completed 24-of-36 passes for 262 yards and two touchdowns.
Auburn quarterbacks Barrett Trotter and Kiehl Frazier combined to finish 8-of-23 for 99 yards.
Auburn’s Michael Dyer rushed 21 times for 111 yards, including a 55-yard touchdown in the first quarter. The Tigers (4-2, 2-1 SEC West) rushed for 290 yards.
The Razorbacks (5-1, 1-1 SEC West) are idle next week before playing consecutive road games at Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
The Tigers continue their four-game run against ranked teams when they return home to face No. 18 Florida next week before traveling to No. 2 LSU on Oct. 22.
