Terrelle Pryor completed 18 of 22 passes for 222 yards and accounted for three touchdowns as No. 10 Ohio State invaded TCF Bank Stadium and thumped Minnesota 52-10 on Saturday night
Pryor completed 12 of 14 passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 42 yards and another score in the first half as the Buckeyes (8-1, 4-1 Big Ten) rolled up 327 yards of total offense en route to a 31-7 halftime lead. In the process, Pryor became the third player in school history to surpass 7,000 yards of total offense.
Herron carried 17 times for 114 yards in the first half and scored on a 10-yard run as the Buckeyes improved to 43-7 all-time against the Gophers with 510 total yards against the Big Ten’s worst scoring defense.
The Ohio State defense recovered a fumble in the end zone for a touchdown and the special teams also chipped in with a punt block for a touchdown and a 70-yard punt return.
Adam Weber completed 9 of 20 passes for 162 yards and DeLeon Eskridge rushed for 80 yards on 23 carries and scored on a 7-yard run for Minnesota (1-8, 0-5 Big Ten), which has lost eight straight and two in a row under interim coach Jeff Horton.
