Nigel Romick stuffed Harris on 3rd-and-goal from the 1-yard line as Ottawa forced Edmonton to turn over the ball on downs for the third time while preserving its two-point lead heading into the fourth quarter. Gable powered his way into the end zone for a two-yard touchdown but was stopped on the ensuing two-point attempt as Edmonton jumped back in front 16-12 and Josh Johnson broke up a pass in the end zone on third down with 31 seconds left to seal the victory.
