Blue Bombers 30, Eskimos 3: Andrew Harris accounted for 97 yards and a touchdown as Winnipeg shut down Edmonton to earn its first road win in over two months.

Matt Nichols completed 16-of-20 passes for 179 yards and short-yardage quarterback Chris Streveler added a rushing touchdown for the Blue Bombers (7-7), who have won back-to-back games after losing their previous four contests. Drew Wolitarsky caught four passes for 51 yards and Kevin Fogg returned an interception for a touchdown as Winnipeg scored 21 points off six turnovers.

Mike Reilly was limited to 164 yards on 17-of-31 passing with two interceptions for the Eskimos (7-7), who have dropped four of their last five games. Bryant Mitchell hauled in six passes for 69 yards and C.J. Gable added 64 yards on 11 carries for Edmonton, which had won its previous five home games.

Justin Medlock kicked a 37-yard field goal and Streveler scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak to put Winnipeg on top 10-0 early in the second quarter. Harris powered his way into the end zone from 5 yards to extend the Blue Bombers' lead to 17-0 before Sean Whyte connected on a 26-yard field goal on the last play of the first half to get Edmonton on the board.

Fogg picked off a pass from Reilly and raced 73 yards for a touchdown before recovering a fumble, which led to a 20-yard field goal by Medlock to help the Blue Bombers pull ahead 27-3 with 3:16 left in the third quarter. Drake Nevis sacked Reilly on third down with 5:33 remaining in the fourth quarter to snuff out any hopes of an Edmonton comeback and Medlock made a 26-yard attempt with 1:18 to go as Winnipeg moved into a third-place tie with the Eskimos.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Winnipeg WR Weston Dressler caught three passes for 24 yards to extend his streak of consecutive games with a reception to 122, which is the sixth longest in CFL history. … The Blue Bombers improved to 7-0 when winning the turnover battle. … Edmonton WR D'haquille 'Duke' Williams, who leads the league in receiving yards and touchdowns, was held to two catches for 37 yards before leaving the game with a shoulder injury in the fourth quarter. … The announced attendance at Commonwealth Stadium was 28,788.
