Lions 31, Eskimos 23: Travis Lulay threw for 239 yards and a touchdown as host BC rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to end a four-game skid against Edmonton.

Lulay completed 16-of-29 passes and Travon Van added a rushing touchdown for the Lions (3-4), who beat the Eskimos for the first time since Aug. 6, 2015. Kevin Elliott caught five passes for 79 yards and a score while Chris Rainey added a punt-return TD as BC outscored Edmonton 21-3 in the second half.

Mike Reilly went 26-of-41 for 302 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding another score on the ground for the Eskimos (5-3), who saw their three-game winning streak come to an end. Derel Walker hauled in five passes for 117 yards and a touchdown while Nate Behar had a TD reception for Edmonton, which was undone by 14 penalties for 132 yards.

Reilly fired a 10-yard touchdown pass to Behar on the opening possession to put the Eskimos in front and scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak early in the second quarter to extend their lead to 14-3. Rainey brought the home crowd to its feet by returning a punt 79 yards for a touchdown and the Lions were driving to take the lead before Korey Jones picked off a pass by Lulay, which led to Walker's 15-yard TD catch on the next play that gave Edmonton a 20-10 advantage at intermission.

Lulay found Elliott in the flat for a 9-yard touchdown and Ty Long booted a season-best 51-yard field goal midway through the third quarter to tie the game at 20 before his punt single gave BC a one-point edge heading into the final 15 minutes. Otha Foster recovered a fumble deep in Edmonton territory to set up Van's 8-yard touchdown run a play later to put the Lions on top 27-20, and they led by eight with Edmonton driving in the waning seconds when Garry Peters picked off Reilly in the end zone to seal BC's third straight home win.
