Lions 20, Blue Bombers 17: Ty Long kicked a 16-yard field goal as time expired in the fourth quarter as host BC scored 20 straight points in the second half to stun Winnipeg.

Travis Lulay completed 28-of-41 passes for 326 yards and a touchdown pass to Shaq Johnson in his first start in 10 months for the Lions (2-2), who trailed 17-0 late in the third quarter. Chris Rainey accounted for 114 yards from scrimmage and short-yardage quarterback Cody Fajardo ran for a score for BC, which dropped a 41-19 decision to Winnipeg in Week 4.

Matt Nichols went 17-of-28 for 214 yards but threw three interceptions for the Blue Bombers (2-3), who were undone by nine penalties for 86 yards. Andrew Harris rushed for 139 yards and a pair of touchdowns while Darvin Adams caught four passes for 72 yards for Winnipeg, which fell into last place in the West Division.

Harris raced untouched for a 37-yard touchdown on the opening possession to put Winnipeg in front and Kevin Fogg picked off a pass from Lulay in the end zone to preserve the advantage after one quarter. Harris powered his way into the end zone from 4 yards out early in the second quarter to double the lead and Justin Medlock tacked on a season-best 50-yard field goal to put the Blue Bombers ahead 17-0 at halftime.

Fajardo dove over a pile for a 1-yard touchdown with 2:55 left in the third quarter to cap a 7-play, 98-yard drive as the Lions closed the gap to 17-7 and Long converted a 46-yard attempt early in the fourth to bring the hosts within a touchdown. Lulay threw a 13-yard scoring strike to Johnson with 1:53 to go and BC completed the comeback after Anthony Orange intercepted a pass by Nichols to help set up Long's game-winning kick.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Harris moved past Robert Drummond (6,706 yards) for 17th place on the CFL's all-time rushing list. … Lions RB Jeremiah Johnson rushed for 26 yards on three carries before an ankle injury in the second quarter ended his night. … Fajardo has scored a rushing touchdown in each of his last three games. ... BC WR Bryan Burnham made three catches for 71 yards, including a key 38-yard reception on the final drive.
