Oklahoma 86, Texas Tech 71: Steven Pledger enjoyed his best perimeter shooting game of the year, and Amath M'Baye contributed a double-double as the visiting Sooners won in Lubbock for the first time since February of 2009.

Pledger sank a season-high six 3-pointers as part of a 22-point performance. Romero Osby added 21 points and M'Baye totaled 15 points with a career-best 13 rebounds for the Sooners (17-8, 8-5 Big 12), who shot 53.3 percent from the field.

Texas Tech freshman Josh Gray scored a career-best 26 points to go along with five assists, four rebounds and four steals. The Red Raiders (9-15, 2-11) got 15 points from Jaye Crockett and 10 from Jordan Tolbert.

Oklahoma made 16-of-27 shots from the field in the first half and its 44-36 lead marked the team's largest halftime point total of the season. The Sooners widened the gap to 68-53, but Gray scored six straight to cue a 10-2 rally by the Red Raiders.

Oklahoma pulled ahead by double digits once again in the final minutes, getting four straight points from Osby to rebuild a 76-65 advantage. That was too much for Texas Tech, which lost its seventh consecutive game.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cameron Clark (10 points) and Sam Grooms (12) also scored in double figures for the Sooners. ... Osby finished a rebound shy of his second consecutive double-double. ... The game was played with only two referees after the third official's flight to Lubbock was diverted due to the winter storm affecting the Midwest.
