If top-ranked Kentucky was looking ahead to a showdown with No. 11 Florida on Tuesday, it didn't show as the Wildcats pummeled South Carolina 86-52 on Saturday to run their winning streak to 15 games.

Kentucky (23-1, 9-0 SEC) maintained its hold atop the Southeastern Conference standings as four players scored in double digits, led by Anthony Davis with 22 points. Davis added eight rebounds and eight blocks.

The Gamecocks (9-13, 1-7) have lost seven of their past eight, including two to the Wildcats. Their 52 points marked a season-low. Their previous low came in a 56-54 win over Alabama.

South Carolina endured three droughts of three minutes or longer without a field goal in the first half, helping Kentucky build a 52-25 halftime lead.

The Wildcats had held their previous three opponents to 50 points or less, but the Gamecocks broke the 50-point mark on Anthony Gill's 3-pointer with 27 seconds left.

Kentucky coach John Calipari improved to 68-1 in his career when holding opponents to 67 points or fewer.
