Jordan Taylor scored 13 of his 18 points in the second half, lifting No. 20 Wisconsin to a 52-46 comeback victory at Penn State.
Down by six at the midway point, the Badgers (18-5, 7-3 Big Ten) outscored Penn State by a 16-3 margin over the first 10 minutes of the second half to take a 33-26 lead. The Nittany Lions (10-13, 2-8) stayed within reach, getting as close as 40-38 on a Tim Frazier jump shot with 3:36 to go, but Taylor hit a 3-pointer at the 1:44 mark and added a pair of free throws with 59.9 seconds left to help Wisconsin seal it.
Penn State struggled mightily on offense in the second half, going scoreless for a span of nearly seven minutes during Wisconsin's decisive run. Frazier, who finished with a game-high 21 points in defeat, had 17 of the Nittany Lions' 23 points after the break, including all seven in the first 13:14 of the period.
Jared Berggren added eight points and 10 rebounds for the Badgers, who held Penn State to 26.9 percent shooting (7-for-26) in the second half.
