Rotnei Clarke scored 24 points to help Arkansas pull away for an 87-59 win over North Carolina A&T Wednesday night in Fayetteville, Ark.
The Razorbacks (9-2) scored 11 straight points to build a 37-19 advantage with 1:02 left in first half, then opened the second half with a 21-9 surge to effectively settle the outcome.
Arkansas did the bulk of its damage from 3-point range, hitting 15-of-33 attempts. Clarke was 6-of-11 from beyond the arc, while Marcus Britt scored all 12 of his points on 4-of-5 shooting from long distance.
The Aggies, meanwhile, shot just 27.8 percent (20-of-72) from the floor.
Delvon Johnson finished with 12 rebounds and seven blocked shots for the Razorbacks, while Thomas Coleman led North Carolina A&T (5-7) with 16 points and 15 rebounds in defeat.
