Samuel Dalembert had 14 points and 12 rebounds, Luis Scola scored 14 and Kyle Lowry added 13 as the Houston Rockets defeated the visiting Detroit Pistons 97-80 on Tuesday for their fourth straight victory.

Six Rockets scored in double figures with Patrick Patterson scoring 12 and Goran Dragic and Kevin Martin 11 apiece.

The Rockets (7-7) have won six in a row at home over the Pistons (3-11).

Deteroit's Tayshaun Prince had 20 points and reached 400 career steals with two. Ben Gordon scored 18, Rodney Stuckey 16 and Brandon Knight 15. Greg Monroe had 11 rebounds but only four points on 2-of-9 shooting.

The Rockets took a 9-2 lead and never relinquished it against the struggling Pistons.
