Amir Johnson hit a hook shot with one second left as the Toronto Raptors snapped a franchise-record 14-game road losing streak with a 95-93 victory at the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.

Leandro Barbosa tied it with a 3-pointer with 38 seconds remaining and finished with 19 points off the bench while Andrea Bargnani scored 23 for the Raptors (20-49), who had not won outside of Canada since a 120-105 triumph at Cleveland on Jan. 5.

The Thunder (45-24), who had their six-game winning streak snapped, were up, 93-90, after Kevin Durant’s free throws with 1:31 left but Kendrick Perkins missed two from the line with 41 seconds to play, opening the door for Barbosa. He took a pass from Jose Calderon and knocked down a 3-pointer in rhythm to tie it.

After Russell Westbrook missed a jumper on Oklahoma City’s next possession, Toronto called a timeout and worked it around to Johnson, who turned and hit a hook shot in the lane to win it.

The Thunder had overcome a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to take the lead.

James Harden led the Thunder with 23 points, while Durant struggled to 20 on 6-of-21 shooting.
