Al Jefferson's redirection at the buzzer Wednesday lifted the Utah Jazz to a 96-94 road victory over the Toronto Raptors, their 12th straight win in the series.

With the score tied and Utah holding for the final possession, Jazz guard Devin Harris attempted an up-and-under layup that was off-target. The ball was volleyed into the air and deflected into the net by Jefferson as the final horn sounded.

A video review upheld the basket, handing Utah just its third win in the past 11 games.

Jefferson scored 34 points for the Jazz, who haven't lost to the Raptors since December 2004.

DeMar DeRozan scored 17 points and reserve Sonny Weems added 16 for the Raptors, who have lost three straight games.

Trailing 52-50 entering the third quarter, the Raptors switched to a zone defense for the latter part of the period and it worked to perfection as they limited the Jazz to one field goal over the final five minutes to take a 78-70 lead into the fourth quarter.

The lead reached 14 points before Utah stormed back, hitting four consecutive 3-pointers over a three-minute stretch to cut the deficit to 90-88. Jefferson's tip-in capped an 18-3 run that put the Jazz back in front with 1:44 remaining.

Toronto's Leandro Barbosa's evened things again on a three-pointer with 42 seconds remaining, setting the stage for the game's frenetic final moments.
