San Francisco scored twice in the second inning. With one out, Duggar hit his first triple and scored on Webb's double down the third base line. Webb scored on a single by La Stella and Belt followed with a single to end Gonzalez's night.

Gonzalez allowed five runs on eight hits in just 1 1/3 innings.

The Giants responded in the fifth. A double by LaMonte Wade and walks to Evan Longoria and Yastrzemski loaded the bases. Duggar tripled again to make it 8-1.

San Francisco put it away in the seventh. Wade walked and went to third on Crawford's single. Longoria grounded into a forceout to bring home Wade and then Yastrzemski homered, his 22nd, to make it 11-1.
